Book 2 builds on the foundations of Book 1, deepening our awareness and understanding, We get to know the 26 ‘safety’ energy locks, their appropriate location on the body and the treasures housed within each one of these wisdom centres. Most importantly, we encounter new holds to unlock each one of these innate wisdoms. There are more than one “keys” for each Safety Energy lock; again it can still be as simple as holding a finger if you wish.
Jiro Murai said that all of Jin Shin Jyutsu is mathematically derived and scientifically proven. Mary kept entire notebooks filled with numbers and not a single word. What were they seeing in numbers? We explore numbers as qualities not quantities, so there is no need to be intimidated if you were never any good at Maths at school. We look at the translation of number from object to symbol and the meanings that have been commonly associated with these symbols through different traditions and times. Do engage with this material at your level of interest - if you are not interested in the philosophy you will still learn very practical, specific and effective physical, mental and emotional helpers.
